A LITTLE TEE SISTERS STORY
On An Odyssey
We love sharing our life stories but not too much. Because while we absolutely ADORE our readers, let’s be real... there are some creeps out there. 😅
Still, we felt like this story was worth telling, because it gives you a little further peek into our real lives.
So here's the tea: Fena recently moved out. Yup, that’s right. She flew the coop!
And after growing up surrounded by a big, noisy, loving family, living solo can be… well, lonely. And suspiciously quiet.
Naturally, Fena decided to create a little family of her own.
(WAIT, WAIT, WAIT—NOT KIDS. Poor choice of words. 😂)
What we meant is: she got a cat.
Yep, as mentioned in the last issue, she adopted a furry friend. So while on her odyssey in college...she got her own Odysseus.
He’s adorable. He’s chaos. He’s perfect.
We hope you love him as much as we do.

LOOK AT HIS EARS😭

We’re SUCKERS for a Good Ad Campaign
Are the live actions being overdone? Last month we talked about Snow White, but since then—boom—they dropped Lilo & Stitch too.
Now, good news first: they nailed the alien advertising.
Seriously, Stitch popping up in random movie ads and intros? Chef’s kiss. Marketing team, give yourselves a raise.
Some examples:

The Random Pop-Ups Go On…
Here’s a teaser trailer from the original as well (highly recommend watching, super cute and funny): https://youtu.be/ru0UqJ6xM60?si=FCqJZ89F4vFgsb1n
But the reviews are in and...well...it’s just okay.
The heart of Lilo & Stitch has always been the line: “Ohana means family, and family means nobody gets left behind.” Awww, right? We were all ready to ugly cry.
Except... plot twist! In the live action, at the end of the movie, the big sister just...goes off to college. Like, bags packed, peace out, cue the credits (ok a bit dramatic but you get the idea).
Now, don’t get us wrong, that’s totally reasonable in real life. An 18 year old shouldn’t have to take care of a 6 year old and put her life on hold.
We love that journey for her.
But in a cartoon? What happened to Ohana?!
So now we’re wondering: are realistic endings better? Or do they kind of kill the movie magic?
What do you think?

A TEE SISTER LESSON
Yes. Your Phone Listens to Everything.
Facebook listens. Facebook knows you.
But guess what? It knows everyone else too. So use that creepy genius to your advantage.
Here’s the deal: when you're setting up an ad, picking the right campaign goal is everything.
Seems obvious, right? But a lot of people will opt for the most traffic even if just clicks isn’t the goal.
If you want sales, choose sales. If you want clicks, go with traffic.
Because if you tell Facebook, “Hey, I just want traffic,” it’ll go, “Cool, I’ll find people who love clicking... but never buy anything.” 🫠
On the flip side, choose “sales,” and Facebook will laser-target people who are actually ready to whip out their credit cards.
So don’t confuse the algorithm. Be clear. Be intentional. And let the all-seeing, all-knowing Facebook do the hard work for you.
