A LITTLE TEE SISTERS STORY

Fena’s Boyfriend Almost Got Arrested

Yup, you read that right.

Here’s the backstory: for Fena’s birthday, we invited her boyfriend (now ex)—let’s call him M—on a mountain trip.

Now, our dad’s a Marine, so naturally, M was a little nervous. He joked that he half-expected us to kick him out of the car mid-trip as some kind of “test of courage.”

We weren’t planning on it… until he gave us the idea.

Fast forward to the trip. It’s nighttime, we’re deep in the mountains, and our dad suddenly pulls over, turns to M and says, “Alright. Out. Time to do the family test of courage.”

And M—bless his soul—actually gets out, straps on his massive rucksack, and starts marching up the mountain.

Not one minute goes by before a cop pulls up next to him. Here’s where it gets wild: M thinks the cop is part of the prank.

So he’s all relaxed and casual, probably cracking jokes while this officer is trying to figure out why a man with a 50-pound pack is walking alone in the middle of nowhere.

Cue us rolling next to him like, “He’s with us! It was just a joke.” Except the cop is not laughing.

Next thing we know, both M and our dad are getting patted down and ID’d as if a family in a mom van is smuggling drugs.

Thankfully, everything got sorted out—no arrests, no tickets, just a very annoyed officer and a great story for the books.

Operation Iceberg: Trump’s Cold War with Penguins

In a bold move to protect American jobs Donald Trump has imposed 10 percent tariffs on Heard and McDonald Islands—two icy, uninhabited specks in Australia.

Famously home to glaciers, zero humans, and thousands of very confused penguins.

Fun fact: Heard Island and the McDonald Islands represent Earth’s only volcanically active sub-Antarctic islands.

The U.S. somehow reported $1.4 million in imports from the islands in 2022, likely due to a data glitch or a rogue intern with a sense of humor.

Australia, who technically owns the islands (and the penguins), responded with a disbelief we all share that there are literally no people there. Just birds. Very cold birds.

Commerce officials insisted the tariff was necessary to close “potential trade loopholes,” though critics say it’s more about politics than penguins.

Meanwhile, the penguins have declined to comment, but sources say they’re huddling and plotting.

A TEE SISTER LESSON

The Cost of Growth

We thought starting with little upfront costs would lead in to natural growth. Spoiler: it didn’t.

In the spirit of full transparency, we wanted to share how much we’ve spent on advertising (drumroll please) $556.

That isn’t a bad thing but our lessons in advertising are clearly coming at a cost.

One of our biggest mistakes? Not immediately looking for partners for UGC and referrals.

That’s why we’re now reaching out to creators, offering free samples, and signing up for Passionfroot to connect with amazing readers like you.

If you have a platform (or know someone that does!) and are open to sharing or promoting our story, we’d love to hear from you!
